And, extra special thanks to the super-top-secret coffee roaster who developed the special Rowan Gant blend, and hand roasts it to order for our winners. As it happens, I have my own sampling of it, and after the first sip my personal review went something like: “I need some alone time now…”

On Theresa’s advice I must try it with a shot of Bailey’s… Or, maybe even a shot of Bushmills, and a dab of whipped cream on top.

In other news – Since we only had a small percentage of members report points, we are going to make a change to the ongoing contest. Instead of running it monthly, it will now run 6 times per year- meaning, points will be tallied thusly:

  • Jan/Feb
  • March/April
  • May/June
  • July/August
  • September/October
  • November/December.

Also, while the coffee/cocoa and mug will be a fixture as a prize, we are working on a logoed Sigg metal water bottle as an option for the summer months.
