Fanfare, Hoopla, and all that Jazz!
After receiving the points reports for March and April, they were sent via armed courier to the accounting firm of Dewey, Cheatham, and Howe for verification. A crack team of Capuchin Monkeys wearing visors spent many a long night beating on manual, hand crank operated adding machines. Let me tell you, it was just plain noisy.
At any rate, after only 2 banana breaks and about 17 odd screaming fits, the moneys placed the results into a tin cup and brought it to our offices. In keeping with their overly dramatic hoopla, they were accompanied by Guissepe Anthony Piccata Linguine Romano AKA “Tony,” grinding the street organ. Just so you know, the monkeys refused to give us the results until we put some coinage into the tin cup… Little bastages… (grumble).
Anywho, the points have been tallied, and re-tallied, and re-tallied some more… Well, not really, It didn’t take THAT much math.
So, once again we had a VERY CLOSE race, with Ghoul Squadders neck and neck. However, this period one of you DID pull ahead of the pack to become the sole winner of the prize for March/April.
And, the winner is:
Melissa Newman
Congratulations to our Extra Ghoulish GHOUL SQUADDER for the March/April reporting period. You should be receiving an email from Scott very soon to obtain your shipping info and preference of RGI Coffee and Mug or RGI Sigg Water Bottle!
We are now officially one week into the reporting period for May/June. I realize we are coming up on a time when folks will probably be off on vacation and Ghoul Squad activities are the last thing on their minds.
However, I wanted to remind everyone that you can replenish your promo supplies via the link at the top of the page. Scott will be happy to send you more chapter samplers, book marks, and even posters if you need them. And, if you are attending an event such as a sci-fi con, pagan fest, or some such where you think people may be interested, let us know. If you are willing to take the “swag” and distribute it, Scott is glad to get it out to you. Just make sure you give him enough advance notice so that you have it in time.
Thanks again to all of you Ghoul Squadders for all that you do!
